Having deep roots in the Goan and European culture, the love for its cuisine, and the zeal to accomplish a dream, drove a 19-year-old Yellow to start her very own restaurant. Back in 1994, it became the first restaurant in all of India to have a wood-fired pizza oven and also the first Italian restaurant in Goa – Fiesta.

Talking about the cuisine at Fiesta, our very own Alfons Shuhbeck, a German celebrity chef, believes that, the real art of cooking is to respect the ingredients and background of a cuisine. The food at Fiesta is a celebration of fresh, local produce and dishes with flavours that stayed with us from different parts of the globe.
